Mickey began practicing Reiki in 2003, became a Reiki Master Teacher in 2005 and is a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners.   Because she believes that Reiki is a tool everyone can use to replenish energy and increase health and well-being, she also teaches Reiki Level I and Level II.

Mickey continues to expand her knowledge of complementary therapies through the study of bioenergetic and vibrational healing and sound therapy.
